On September 29, 2023, during the Mid-Autumn Festival, Visions France joined hands with the Paris Central District Culinary Association to host a three-day Mid-Autumn Food Street Festival in one of the busiest central areas of Paris.
Running from September 29 to October 1, the event brought together over twenty local restaurants to offer exquisite Chinese cuisine to overseas Chinese and international guests interested in Chinese culture. The event aimed to promote traditional Chinese food and celebrate cultural exchange.
Organizers and participants gathered in the 3rd arrondissement, transforming Rue Réaumur, Rue au Maire, and Rue Volta into a lively street food hub, where visitors enjoyed a wide variety of Chinese delicacies in a festive atmosphere.
Each vendor at the event offered exquisite specialty dishes, filling the entire street with the enticing aroma of delicious food.

From 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., the food street was filled with the mouthwatering aroma of delicious dishes and a lively, festive atmosphere.
Participants enjoyed a wide variety of cuisines from around the world, sampling everything from savory snacks to sweet desserts.
It was a delightful culinary journey that left everyone craving for more.
At the same time, throughout the three days, visitors could also taste and purchase delicious mooncakes at the information booth, adding to the festive atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn celebration.
The wide variety of flavors — including salted egg yolk with lotus seed paste, red bean, matcha, and more — along with the beautifully designed packaging, were warmly received and loved by all.
A special highlight of the food street event was a cultural activity held on October 1st — a traditional fan-making workshop — co-organized by Visions France and the Papaye Association for Sino-French Cultural Exchange.
This workshop offered participants a hands-on experience to learn about traditional Chinese craftsmanship and culture.
In the fan-making workshop, participants crafted beautiful hand fans by themselves.
The traditional craftsmanship experience attracted many attendees, and each participant created a unique fan, showcasing their creativity and skills.
In addition to making handmade fans, participants also had the opportunity to try on elegant traditional Chinese Hanfu.
A professional photographer was present at the event to capture memorable moments for everyone.
Many participants wore Hanfu for the first time and made fans, spending an enjoyable and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional Chinese holiday, on the streets of the 3rd district in Paris.

The event has come to a successful conclusion. We would like to express our gratitude to the event partners, volunteers, and the Food Street Association of the Central District of Paris.
